RF Systems Engineer – Data Link (Hybrid Working)

Matchtech seeks an RF Systems Engineer for its defence-focused Data Link Systems team in Bristol or Stevenage. The role is permanent with responsibilities spanning design, requirements management, and production support for RF data link systems used in high-performance weapons programs.

You will contribute across the full lifecycle, lead design reviews, and coordinate hardware transitions to production while liaising with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
