Strategic SMB Programs & Change Lead

Deliveroo is seeking a Program Manager for the Operational Support team in Manchester. You will lead large-scale SMB initiatives, coordinating with Sales, NPX and Account Management to land changes on time and with measurable impact.

You will apply established delivery methodologies (PRINCE2 or Six Sigma), design engagement frameworks, and drive communications and change across the Hub to enable commercial growth and efficiency.
