CRM Manager – D2C Coffee Brand ☕ | Remote (UK)

I’m hiring a CRM Manager for a fast‑growing D2C coffee subscription brand. The role is fully remote, but you must have the right to live and work in the UK and be a recent, hands‑on Klaviyo user. This isn’t a strategy‑only role – you will own the entire customer lifecycle, from first purchase to long‑term subscriber.

Responsibilities

• Owning the full customer lifecycle, from first purchase to long‑term subscriber
• Building and optimising automated journeys and subscription flows in Klaviyo
• Running weekly CRM campaigns that drive revenue and retention
• Digging into churn, engagement, and subscriber data to uncover growth opportunities
• Working closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and CX teams

Qualifications

• Recent, hands‑on Klaviyo user (non‑negotiable)
• Experience in D2C scale‑ups, ideally subscription or consumables (coffee, FMCG, wellness)
• Commercial, data‑led mindset with comfort owning outcomes
• Enjoy pace, autonomy, and building things properly
