Building Careers UK Ltd invites an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major Grade II listed refurbishment project in Manchester. The role covers commercial duties from tender to final account on a large-scale scheme with 153 residential apartments and 10 commercial units in Phase One, and 282 new-build homes in Phase Two.
The successful candidate will manage cost control, valuations, BoQs, and subcontractor payments, while mitigating risk and contributing to monthly reports.
