Sales Enablement Architect: Build Training & Playbooks

Zinc in London is seeking a Sales Trainer Specialist to scale its commercial motion. You’ll be hands-on from day one, building onboarding playbooks, training materials, and coaching reps to tell Zinc’s story consistently from first call to close.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will partner with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to deliver live and asynchronous learning, track impact on ramp time and win rates, and help lift sales velocity across the team.
