Strategic HR Manager – Manufacturing Leader (West Wales)

Regional Recruitment are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in West Wales. This is a permanent, site-based role with responsibility for both operational and strategic HR across a large workforce.

The role offers a salary of up to £75,000 DOE, 40 hours per week, and ongoing opportunities to shape HR strategy, recruitment, retention and engagement for around 750 employees. Site-based with strong leadership opportunities.
