Job Description:
NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board in Maidstone is recruiting for two full-time, fixed-term Senior EPRR Programme Manager roles (12 months). The post leads EPRR arrangements, ensures statutory compliance and drives continuous improvement, including incident support and on-call duties.
The roles require senior leadership within NHS EPRR, with a strong understanding of civil contingencies, business continuity and multi-agency collaboration across the ICB and partner bodies.
