The Financial Accountant will be based in Londonand will be responsible for the month end close process, preparing budgets andforecasts for operating and corporate entities, financial statements, liaisingwith partners and auditors as well as managing cash balances and payment processing.

The successful candidate will have:
- Universitydegree BSc/BA or equivalent,
- Financialaccounting experience with strong accounting skills with a focus onbookkeeping
- Realestate or asset management industry experience preferred but not required
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required, and exposure to JD Edwardsand Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or Yardi preferred but notrequired
- Highattention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivatedand adaptable to a changing and fast paced corporate environment managingmultiple competing deadlines
- Excellentcommunication / interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) as job canpotentially require frequent communication with other departments andmultiple external parties
- Ableto embrace steep learning curve with an open attitude towards learning
