Regional HR Business Partner: Engagement & ER Leader

Barchester Healthcare in Scotland or the North East of England is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver a professional, business-focused HR service across three regions and around 30 care homes. You will work closely with General Managers and Regional Directors to support employee relations, absence and engagement.

The role includes analysing absence and turnover, managing high-risk cases, delivering manager inductions, HR training and Employee Services briefings.
