Job Description:
MK Search is seeking a Turnover Engineer for a hyperscale data centre project in Newport, Wales. You will coordinate turnover and handover processes, ensuring systems and documentation are complete and ready for client acceptance as the project approaches completion.
The role requires experience in turnover/hand-over on complex construction projects, preferably in data centres or mission-critical facilities, with strong MEP knowledge, documentation control and subcontractor coordination.
