Product Manager: CRM & Customer Experience Lead

Pod Point, Ltd. in London is seeking a Product Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid (1-2 days per week in the London office) and reports to the Group Product Manager.

You will own product requirements, shape the backlog, and drive the CRM product development, especially around HubSpot. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and Customer Operations to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience.
