Hastings Direct is seeking a Major Loss Claims Handler to manage catastrophic injury claims within a fast‑growing large loss team. You will own a portfolio of high‑value cases, with a financial handling authority of at least £3m, and drive proactive, resolution‑oriented decisions in line with our service levels.
