Senior SHEQ Advisor – Health, Safety & Quality Lead

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Lead SHEQ Advisor to join our established team in the water sector across the UK. The role balances high standards of occupational health and safety with a focus on human factors as part of our behavioural safety leadership programme.

You will act as the senior client SHEQ contact, coordinate with Operations Directors, and drive SHEQ performance metrics across projects, including reporting and escalation when needed.
