The role
Responsible for delivering the private client’s event and programming plan.You’llhave a solidunderstandingofthe luxury consumer marketplace,be brilliantly organised with exceptional attention to detail and be a creatively thinking problem solver.

What you’ll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Shape and deliver a calendar of luxury events spanning fashion, beauty, culture, and hospitality, from concept to flawless execution
- Design programming that builds membership, deepens engagement, and delivers commercial results, workingin collaborationwiththeRetail, MarketingandextendedPrivateClient Servicesteam
- Manage budgets, negotiate standout partnerships, and use data and insight to keep raising the bar on whatluxurymeans
- Representour brandat events and within the luxury network, with the flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and evenings when the moment calls for it

- Proven experience managing high-end events, VIC experiences, or private client programmes, with a strong network across luxury, hospitality, or premium retail
- Skilled at managing budgets, evaluating ROI,communicationand juggling multiple events simultaneously without missing a beat
- Confident securing strategic partnerships and managing stakeholders, with experience engaging HNW or UHNW audiences
- A proactive, creative approach to delivering outstanding experiences, backed by a background inclient acquisition and retention initiatives
