We’re hiring a Senior Management Accountant to join our in-house Finance team in the London office. This is a hands‑on role supporting the company’s financial operations and monthly reporting processes. You’ll work across multiple brands and business units, with exposure to manufacturing/co‑manufacturing (multi‑site), call centre and e‑commerce in a fast‑paced, growing company. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • Lead year‑end audit process and support with statutory accounts preparation
  • Support consolidated group reporting
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and COGS (Gross Margin) across all Brands units, including customer service and manufacturing via co‑manufacturers.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for all Group entities
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns for all entities.
  • Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on reporting
  • Identify areas to improve financial processes and accuracy

Required Experience

  • 5-6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a similar, fast‑paced accounting role
  • Qualified or actively studying ACCA / CIMA / ACA
  • Strong working knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations with inventory and familiarity with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
  • Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to non‑finance stakeholders and senior management
  • Experience with automation and implementing better, more efficient reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in DTC, FMCG, Retail or a manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to cost accounting, inventory and multi‑entity reporting
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like XERO and Additional Support platforms
