We are looking for an exceptional Team Manager to lead our integrated Mental Health and Substance Use Service within a busy remand prison setting.

As Team Manager, you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership to a skilled multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Working within a fast-paced environment characterised by high patient turnover, diverse presentations and increasing clinical complexity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, effective and responsive care across the stepped care model. You will provide visible leadership, operational oversight, and professional support.

Main duties of the job
Our integrated service provides comprehensive assessment, treatment and support for individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health and substance use needs.
The service operates across the full stepped care model and comprises a diverse multidisciplinary workforce including:
- Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
- Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners
- Substance Use Practitioners
- Advanced clinical practitioner
