Showroom & Sales Operations Leader

The Whistler Collective is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the Lots Road sales and showrooms team, shaping process, targets and the client experience. You will own day-to-day office and showroom operations, coordinate events, and partner with executives to drive sales performance.

You will manage performance, schedules, facilities and vendor relationships, ensuring a premium client journey and rigorous execution of reporting and governance across the business.
