Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor – Healthcare Project Lead

Fusion People Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to take ownership of the commercial management of MEP works on a major healthcare development in Washington. The role focuses on cost control, valuation, CVRs, forecasts and subcontractor management within NEC/JCT frameworks.

You will work in a collaborative team, with opportunities for long-term progression and exposure to a broader project portfolio in healthcare. A strong track record in MEP/Building Services is essential.
