Autonomous Registered Manager – Build a Ground-Up EBD Home

Leaders in Care is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the registration and opening of a new EBD children’s home from inception. You will build and manage a values-led care team, embedding trauma-informed, relationship-based practice across the service.

You will take full accountability for quality, compliance and outcomes, with the potential for dual registration as the service grows, and enjoy autonomy with strong leadership backing.
