Strategic Employee Communications Lead

AVEVA is seeking an Employee Communications Manager to shape and deliver high-impact internal communications. You will partner with executives from R&D, Portfolio and Strategy to communicate strategy, priorities and progress with credibility and the right tone.

This role focuses on translating complex or technical topics into clear narratives that drive understanding, alignment and action across global audiences. Hybrid working is expected (50% office time) in Cambridge or London.
