Operations Lead – D2C Fashion & Drops

Charlotte Simone is seeking an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operational engine of the brand: production, fulfilment, stock, suppliers, customer service, and the moving parts that make each Drop land.

You will work closely with our senior leadership in a small, founder-led team. This hands-on role offers breadth, responsibility, and room to grow as the business expands, with London on-site work.
