Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages – South Wales

PERMANENT Salary £50,000 – £85,000 depending on experience

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m – £4m

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based locations along the M4 Corridor in South Wales, and of course office working near Cardiff

• Sites are South Wales focussed and surrounding areas.
• Reporting to Commercial Manager

• Ground beams and floor slabs
• Pile caps & Found ations
• lationRetaining walls & Substructures
• Reinforced concrete sub-structures & sometimes reinforced concrete super-structures
• Complex formwork installations
• Basements
• External works and hard / soft landscaping

Rewards

• Salary to suit experience level – circa up to £85,000 + car package, Pension, Holidays, etc
