Account Manager Hospital Patient Monitoring – North East England

Your role

  • Lead the commercial execution of the Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio across Northeast England, driving growth and ensuring strong alignment with District Leadership and Sales Management.
  • Deliver annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across the NHS Trusts, ICBs, and private hospital customers.
  • Be accountable for sales performance of the Patient Monitoring portfolio, working closely with regional teams to achieve annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across hospital‑based customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Modality Sales Specialists (MSS) and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated, customer‑focused solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans, informed by win/loss analysis and market intelligence.
  • This role offers flexibility to work from home, with an expectation of up to 60% travel across UK hospital sites to engage with customers, support clinical demonstrations, and drive account growth.

You’re the right fit if

  • You have previous experience in selling medical devices (ideally Patient Monitoring) OR you have a clinical background (having been a nurse in ICU/OR/Critical care or cardiology) and would like to move into health tech sales.
  • You’re an excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily.
  • The idea of making a positive patient impact through sharing your expertise energises you.
  • You hold a full UK Driving Licence.
  • Due to the role of working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
