Lead Quantity Surveyor – Devon Construction Projects

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor in Devon. You will take ownership of your projects, manage commercial performance, and support from pre-construction through final account.

The role encompasses cost reporting, procurement, subcontractor management and close-out. Candidates should have main contractor QS experience and two-stage procurement exposure, with a degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
