We are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager, or Registered Manager to lead a prestigious luxury care home in Weymouth. The Role
- Lead all aspects of the home’s operations
- Ensure full compliance as the Registered Manager
- Drive occupancy and commercial performance
- Maintain outstanding quality standards throughout the care home
- Support, develop, and inspire the management and care teams
- Prepare for and lead CQC inspections
- Deliver exceptional resident outcomes within the nursing home
- Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, professionals, and stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
To be considered, you must have experience as a:
- Care Home Manager
- Nursing Home Manager
- Registered Manager
You will also demonstrate:
- Proven success managing a residential care home or nursing home
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional care
- Experience improving occupancy, quality, and operational performance
