Global Benefits Manager – Hybrid/Remote (London)

Frazer Jones partners with a global law firm to appoint a Benefits Manager into their expanding HR team. This role shapes and delivers the firm’s global benefits strategy, focusing on competitive, market-aligned offerings and employee wellbeing.

The position reports to the Global Head of Reward and requires strong experience in benefits design, provider management and international benefits. Hybrid home-based in London or Chelmsford with four days considered.
