Strategic Sales Manager – Hospitality Growth Leader

Coppa Collective is seeking a Sales Manager to lead proactive sales across a defined region of venues. You will own the end-to-end sales process, build a high‑quality pipeline of corporate, group, and event opportunities, and drive revenue growth for Coppa Club, Noci and Linwood Collection.

You’ll report to the Sales Director, support Junior Sales Managers, and collaborate with Marketing and CRO to convert opportunities.
