Senior Recruitment Consultant | Employment & Pensions Specialist
The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing boutique practice in Bristol. You’ll advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse and impressive client base, including SMEs, OMBs, and senior executives across a wide range of sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on complex disputes, tribunal claims, and settlement negotiations
- Supporting redundancy and restructuring exercises
- Working on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Employment to shape and grow the practice
This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of your work and contribute to a firm that values expertise and long-term relationships.
The Candidate
- Employment Solicitor with at least 3 – 6 years post-qualification experience
- Proficient in both contentious and advisory employment matters
- A high level of commerciality, with excellent time management, and the ability to offer practical advice
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Seeking a new challenge within a reputable boutique practice
