Hybrid Commercial Contracts Lawyer (Associate/Solicitor)

DWF is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join our Commercial team, supporting and advising clients on commercial contracts. The role can be based in our Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham offices with a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, advising across sectors, and developing long-term client relationships while contributing to business development and knowledge sharing within a national practice.
