The Company
Our client is a growing SME Facilities Management and Building Services provider delivering planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties throughout London and the South East.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their maintenance team.
The Role
This is a foot-mobile position covering commercial buildings across London. A company-paid travel card will be provided, meaning there is no requirement for a van, fuel card or driving licence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault-finding on various air conditioning and HVAC systems within occupied commercial environments.
Duties
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systemsService, repair and fault-find on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and ventilation systemsAttend breakdowns and diagnose faults efficientlyComplete maintenance reports and compliance paperworkEnsure works are completed safely and in line with industry regulationsBuild positive relationships with clients and site personnelAssist with general HVAC and building services maintenance where required
Requirements
Essential
F-Gas Category 1 CertificationRelevant Air Conditioning qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)Proven experience working on commercial air conditioning systemsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsGood understanding of HVAC maintenance and complianceExcellent communication and customer service skills xwwtmva
