We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our growing agency team, providing high-quality care and support within residential and nursing care homes across Runcorn &Widnes.

Requirements

• Full right to work in the UK (essential)

• A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays when required

Duties Include

• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Promoting residents dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Supporting mobility and nutrition needs
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Working collaboratively with care home staff and healthcare professionals
