We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our client, Sunseeker International, at their Poole shipyard.

The Role
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, fitting and testing a range of mechanical systems throughout the yacht build process. You’ll work as part of an experienced production team, ensuring installations are completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Installing and fitting engines and mechanical equipmentInstalling hydraulic, fuel, cooling and water systemsMechanical assembly, fitting and alignmentReading and working from engineering drawingsTesting, commissioning and fault-findingInstalling mechanical controls and associated componentsWorking to quality, production and health & safety standardsWorking in confined spaces where requiredWorking alongside other trades to meet production schedules
Requirements
