The Role
As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies to a high standard, ensuring all products meet quality and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
- Following assembly instructions, technical drawings, and work procedures.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Identifying and reporting any faults or defects.
- Packing and preparing completed products for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
