The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Delivery Lead to join our Aerospace & Defence division.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the successful delivery of critical defence and aerospace programmes. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, service performance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, while working closely with MOD customers, programme teams and senior stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to influence strategic outcomes, lead high-performing teams and help shape the delivery of services within a highly secure and mission-critical environment.

- Lead end-to-end operational delivery across assigned programmes and services.
- Ensure achievement of service levels, performance targets and contractual commitments.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting, profitability and cost control.
