HLOP Driver
- Location: Coventry, CV2
- Pay Rate:£15.73 per hour
- Shift: Nights 4 on 4 off | 6:00 pm to 6:00am
- Job Type: Full-time | Temporary | Ongoing
HLOP Drivers Required Weekly PayIn house licences accepted as well as Counterbalance, Reach or VNA, for conversion purposes.
Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced HLOP Drivers for a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Coventry, CV2.

The Role
As a HLOP Driver, your duties may include:
- Operating a HLOP (High Level Order Picker) safely and efficiently
- Picking customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets
- Replenishing stock to designated warehouse locations
- Loading and unloading stock where required
- Moving products safely throughout the warehouse
- Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who are:
- In possession of a valid and accredited or in house HLOP licence, as well as Reach, Counterbalance or VNA
- Comfortable working at height in a warehouse environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to follow instructions and work accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
