What Will You Be Doing?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop relationships with both candidates and clients while becoming an expert in your chosen market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates
- Building and managing client relationships
- Conducting candidate interviews
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working towards individual revenue targets
