Our client operates a busy, modern bakery facility with a strong focus on developing its people. This is a genuine leadership role where you’ll be taking full ownership of safety, quality, output and cost across your shift.

Leading, coaching and developing a shift team to deliver departmental KPIsDelivering the supply chain production plan and flagging any drift from targetEnforcing site health, safety and food safety standards, and completing accident investigationsControlling raw material usage and direct labour, material and utility costs using SAPDriving performance improvement through lean manufacturing techniques and root cause analysisManaging shift handovers, reporting performance metrics and cascading information to the teamTo be considered as a Manufacturing Shift Manager, you will need:
