Legal Office Manager / Receptionist | CardiffTSR Legal are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial law firm in Cardiff, who are looking to strengthen their Business Services team with the appointment of a Legal Office Manager / Receptionist.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining front-of-house reception, office coordination and general business support within a professional legal environment.Youll be a key part of the Cardiff office, helping to ensure the office runs smoothly while providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and colleagues.The RoleWorking closely with the wider Business Services team, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming reception service
- Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the Cardiff office
- Coordinating office supplies, stationery and equipment
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and building management
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Assisting with internal meetings, events and office requirements
- Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming office environment
- Providing general administrative support to the Business Services team
- Supporting ad hoc projects and wider office requirements as needed

- Previous experience in a reception, office management, administration or business support role

- Confidence dealing with clients, senior stakeholders and external suppliers
