60% of time dedicated to identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities40% of time managing an established customer portfolioPromoting the Company’s premium product range to furniture manufacturers and users of decorative melamine boards, primarily within the KBB sectorContributing to a team focused on promoting a comprehensive product portfolio, including edgeband, acrylic surfaces, and tambour storage systems, across a diverse customer baseDemonstrating the ability to understand and interpret customer needs, adopt a disciplined approach to prospecting and follow-upEffectively utilising CRM systems to track customer and competitor insightsStaying informed about market trends and developments will also be key to your ongoing successYour experience as an Area Sales Manager:
Proven experience within the interior furniture components industryStrong market knowledge of decorative boards and associated distribution channelsExperience in manufacturing, distributing or selling edgeband products, or machinery for producing edgeband and decorative boards, is highly desirableExperience of selling premium products to SMEs, with an established network of industry contactsA sales-driven and naturally engaging individual who excels in building relationships and enjoys regular customer interactionComfortable working with strategic sales plans with ability to confidently present products based on their quality, benefits, and xwwtmva technical featuresHighly organised, self-motivated, and results-focusedAbility to thrive in an independent, field-based roleCandidates with direct experience in a similar position within a decorative board, edgeband, or machinery manufacturer will have a distinct advantage.Salary & Benefits:
