We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients busy and friendly team and become a key part of delivering fantastic products for their clients.
This isn’t just a role where you answer emails and pick up the phone. You’ll be at the heart of each customer project — from the first enquiry and quotation right through to production, mailing and successful delivery.
If you’re someone who enjoys building great relationships, juggling multiple projects, solving problems and making sure everything runs like clockwork, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be the person our customers can rely on, making sure their projects are handled smoothly, professionally and accurately.
Your day could include:
- Being the friendly first point of contact for customers by phone and email.
- Responding to enquiries quickly, professionally and with a can-do attitude.
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for projects.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring all details are correct.
- Working with customers to clarify artwork, specifications and requirements.
- Coordinating mailing data, fulfilment and delivery requirements.
- Working closely with Sales, Production, Print, Fulfilment.
- Keeping a close eye on every project to make sure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Keeping customers updated and letting them know about progress, changes or potential delays.
- Solving customer queries and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Spotting opportunities to recommend additional products or services that genuinely add value.
- Supporting the wider team when things get busy.
