If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.This is a pivotal leadership role, and forms part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will play a key role in supporting Home Managers, maintaining exceptional care standards, with a real focus on driving quality improvement across the homes, while contributing to the long term success of the operational outcomes across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities: * Providing leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of nursing, residential and dementia care homes * Providing strong clinical leadership to support safe, effective and person-centred care * Supporting and developing Home Managers to deliver high-quality services * Driving quality improvement in CQC outcomes, clinical governance and regulatory compliance * Monitoring performance, identifying risk, and implementing corrective action plans * Supporting services through clinical, staffing and operational challenges * Working closely with senior leadership to deliver agreed quality and business objectivesTo be considered for this role, you will need: * Proven experience as a Regional Manager within elderly care * Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC PIN – Not Essential * Strong track record of improving quality, stabilising services and supporting Home Managers * Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and compliance frameworks and quality improvement * A supportive but robust leadership style with strong communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive yet ambitious provider where quality, governance and leadership development are genuinely valued. xwwtmva The role offers a salary of £75,000 – £80,000 per annum + Car Allowance dependent on experience.If you are interested in applying for this role, please click Apply Now below…
