We are a well-established forward-thinking Electrical & HVAC Contractor, providing 24/7 365 maintenance services to the UKs largest hospitality brands. We currently have multiple positions for a Help Desk Coordinator for an immediate start to join our team in Totton, Southampton.

What will you be doing:
Raising Client Orders on internal systems
Liaising with Clients via Phone, Email
Updating Client Portals
Updating Internal systems
Liaising and allocating work to our Engineers
Shifts details;
Midweek day shifts – 09:00 – 15:00
Midweek Night Shifts – 17:00 – 07:30 (Mon – Thur taking Emergency calls
