We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join a growing technology delivery team working across complex software projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong Scrum Master or Agile delivery background who wants to take on broader delivery responsibility without moving into a heavily commercial Delivery Manager role.
The Role
You’ll work across Agile software delivery teams, combining Scrum Master responsibilities with lightweight delivery leadership. You’ll coordinate teams, run ceremonies, remove blockers and help keep complex projects moving forward.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Coordinate teams across complex software and technology projects.
- Support delivery planning, prioritisation and progress tracking.
- Identify and help remove blockers impacting delivery.
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Work closely with delivery teams and key stakeholders.
- Promote Agile best practice and continuous improvement.
- Help teams maintain momentum and deliver high-quality outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or similar delivery role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Experience working on complex software or technology projects.
- Confidence running ceremonies and coordinating delivery teams.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and keep delivery moving.
- No software engineering background is required.
- Budget management and extensive commercial experience are not essential.
