We are recruiting Project Managers for a variety of opportunities within a large and complex defence engineering environment.
The work spans both core programme delivery and new business Project Management. This creates opportunities for Project Managers with strengths across delivery, engineering programmes, bids, business winning, customer engagement or a combination of these areas.
Essential eligibilityBritish Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenshipAble to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearancePrevious Project or Programme Management experienceStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilityExperience working within complex projects, programmes or organisationsRelevant experience across the opportunities includes:Managing projects across cost, schedule and riskBudget and cost controlEarned Value Management (EVM)Schedule management and schedule riskLeading multidisciplinary or multi-functional teamsEngineering or product development environmentsBid, proposal or tender managementBidding and estimatingBusiness case developmentContract acquisition or mobilisationCustomer-facing Project ManagementWorking across large internal and external stakeholder groupsDefence, aerospace, MOD or similarly complex regulated environmentsNot every candidate will need all of the above.
