What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with driving and logistics candidates to understand their skills and career goals
- Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face
- Developing new business opportunities through sales activity and networking
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and workers
- Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
- Working towards and exceeding recruitment and sales targets
- Building strong relationships within the transport and logistics sector
- Supporting the full recruitment journey from registration through to placement
