The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating and supporting day-to-day assembly and manufacturing activities, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards.The role offers the opportunity to lead from the front, develop a skilled assembly team and make a genuine impact on productivity, quality and continuous improvement.The RoleAs Electronics Assembly Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily and weekly workloads while providing practical technical support across assembly, testing, fault finding and repair activities.Key responsibilities will include: * Leading and supervising the electronics assembly team, promoting a strong safety-first culture * Planning and coordinating daily and weekly workloads in line with production priorities * Ensuring assembly activities are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards * Driving continuous improvements across productivity, quality and cost efficiency * Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and manufacturing processes * Providing technical support, coaching and training to team members * Working closely with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to support effective production planning * Overseeing quality control activities, including xwwtmva non-conformance management and root cause analysis * Managing stock control, Kanban processes, material availability and workshop readiness * Maintaining accurate production documentation, traceability and product records * Providing hands-on support with electronics assembly, testing, fault finding and repairs when required * Supporting the installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting of associated software * Working with engineering and R&D colleagues to support technical documentation updates and provide feedback for product improvements * ……
