What you’ll do as the Safety, Health & Environment Manager
You’ll provide strategic leadership across safety, health, environment, process safety and security as part of the Refinery Leadership Team. xwwtmva
- Own the SHE management system and keep it aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Lead the COMAH duties, ensuring the Safety Case Report is delivered on schedule
- Act as the site’s lead authority on SHE, advising senior leaders and operational teams
- Build strong relationships with regulators, emergency services and external stakeholders
- Lead emergency preparedness, resilience planning and crisis management across the site
- Develop and support your SHE and Security team of ten
What you’ll need to apply for the Safety, Health & Environment Manager
- Demonstrable experience operating within an upper-tier COMAH site.
- A Level 6 SHE qualification as a minimum (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent), plus a relevant environmental qualification,
