CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in Central London on a temp ongoing basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance.Hours of work / Information
- Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
- Foot Mobile, covering 3-4 buildings Commercial and Residential
- Based around zones 1 & 2 ( travel card provided )
- Temporary ongoing
- £26p/h
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Dealing with all aspects of maintenance & cooling towers & signing off work complete for an audit
- Chillers – Reset
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution) xwwtmva
- Emergency lighting
Requirements
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- Mechanically / Plumbing qualified – City & Guilds Level 2&3 etc
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
