We are working with an established manufacturing and logistics business who require candidates with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic. Whether your background is in assembly, machine operating, production, or warehouse packing, we’d like to speak with you.
Location: Wellingborough Shifts: Days – Monday to Friday Pay: £13.00 – £13.25 per hour (depending on experience) Contract: Temp to Perm & Permanent opportunities available

Production Operatives working on assembly within manufacturingMachine Operatives working with production machineryWarehouse Operatives working within packaging environmentsLoading, unloading, packing, and preparing products for dispatchFollowing production instructions and maintaining quality standardsWorking towards daily production and warehouse targetsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentThe ideal candidate:
Has previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly, machine operating, or warehousingIs comfortable working in a hands-on environmentHas good attention to detail and takes pride in their workIs reliable and has good attendance and timekeepingIs comfortable working on their feet throughout the working dayCan follow instructions and production procedures accuratelyIs able to work independently and as part of a teamHas a positive attitude and is looking for a long-term xwwtmva opportunityWhat we can offer:
