We are urgently recruiting Class 1 Drivers for ongoing driving work, with the potential for the right candidates to secure permanent employment.
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for straightforward Class 1 work with no handball and a maximum of 3 drops per day.
The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, your duties will include:
- Driving curtainsider or box trailers
- Completing up to 3 drops per day
- Delivering to locations across the country
- No handball required
- Carrying out all required daily vehicle checks
- Ensuring loads are safe and secure
- Completing all relevant delivery and vehicle paperwork
- Working safely and professionally at all times
- Ensuring full compliance with drivers’ hours, Working Time Directive and all relevant road transport legislation
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you will have at least 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience, although drivers of all experience levels are welcome to apply.
You will need:
- Valid Category C+E / Class 1 licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- A professional and safety-conscious approach
- Good understanding of UK driving laws and regulations
- Reliable and punctual attitude
